Change of ownership at PARAT Technology Group

Neureichenau, 19 September 2024 - The PARAT Technology Group announces that it has been acquired by senata GmbH, a company based in Freising, Germany. The senata Group thus becomes the owner of the PARAT Technology Group's headquarters in Neureichenau as well as the international subsidiaries in Hungary, Romania and China.

For the previous shareholders of the PARAT Technology Group - Endurance Capital GmbH, Invest Unternehmensbeteiligungs AG and BayBG Bayerische Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH - as well as for the entire management, senata GmbH is the ideal partner for this takeover. Both companies fit together perfectly, not only in terms of their strategic orientation, but also in terms of their corporate culture.
