Particle foams have been proving their outstanding properties as lightweight, insulating materials for years. Together with Fill, we have rethought their use and developed the Particle Back Foaming (PBF) technology.
Our non-steam processing of particle foams enables an energy-efficient and sustainable production in which we can produce high-quality and functional components with high stability, low weight and, at the same time, well-known Class A surfaces.
Last week at the FSK, our Sales Manager Johannes Rosenberger and Wilhelm Rupertsberger from Fill talked about the development of this technology, from component development to the production plant, as well as providing interesting details about the first series component made from PBF.
The dialogue at the event was very inspiring and informative.
