PARAT Technology Group announces a change in its management.
Effective May 1, 2026, Martin Kremsreiter will step down from the management board and withdraw from his professional activities at his own request. Over many years, Martin Kremsreiter played a key role in shaping the development of the PARAT Technology Group and jointly led the company for more than a decade. Martin Kremsreiter began his apprenticeship as a toolmaker at PARAT 40 years ago and, over the years, worked in numerous departments within the company while taking on various leadership roles.
Going forward, overall responsibility for the PARAT Technology Group will be assumed by the two Managing Directors Frank Peters (CEO) and Stephan Hoffmann (CFO).
The management team will continue to be supported by the existing leadership group, including the authorized signatories Nicole Schmid (Finance & Controlling), Franz Kornexl (Engineering & Sales), Mark Neuhaus (Purchasing & Management Systems) and Markus Kreuzer (Supply Chain Management).
