In a festive setting, PARAT Technology recently honored 42 employees for their long-term loyalty to the company in October. Service years ranging from 10 to 45 years were recognized. Considering the collective company affiliation of all the jubilees this year, we reach almost 1,000 years with PARAT. "This speaks for our corporate culture, the camaraderie, and the respectful interaction with one another, and it obligates us to continually work on it," said COO Martin Kremsreiter.

The first part of the honors for 10 and 20 years of service took place in the afternoon with light refreshments in the company’s canteen. Martin Kremsreiter welcomed the jubilees and thanked them for their long-term loyalty and tireless efforts for the company. The honors were conducted together with HR Manager Manuela König and Works Council Chairman Hubert Wagner.

The second part of the celebration for 25, 30, 35, 40, and 45 years of service took place for the first time this year in the evening in the canteen, which was very well received by the guests of honor. After a delicious meal, the employees were once again thanked by the Managing Directors Martin Kremsreiter and Stephan Hoffmann for their long-term service and loyalty to the company. Particularly noteworthy is Renate Höll, who was honored for her impressive 45 years with PARAT. Such long-term employees are a clear sign of the strong corporate culture and the positive work environment at PARAT.

Finally, five of the eight long-term and loyal employees were bid farewell into their well-deserved retirement. They were: Herbert Fesl (49 years), Anita Wimmer (48 years), Rosalinde Weidinger (38 years), Gerlinde Liebl (29 years), and Gerhard Binder (24 years). All of them have made significant contributions to the company's success in their respective fields.
With gratitude and best wishes for their new chapter in life, the official part of the jubilee celebration ended. The festivities concluded with a convivial gathering.
